The City of Kingston is soliciting bids for Construction for the ARC Ladd Landing Parking Improvements Project. The city will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 10,2024, at Kingston City Hall, 900 Waterford Place, Kingston, TN 37763, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud before the City Manager and / or his designee.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at Kingston City Hall, 900 Waterford Place, Kingston, TN 37763 at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Prospective bidders are urged to attend.
The bid specifications are available for inspection at the Office of the City Manager or by contacting Ardurra Group, located at 2160 Lakeside Centre Way, Suite 201, Knoxville, TN 37922.
All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
The City of Kingston hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal, or to waive any irregularities in any proposal, deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Kingston.
