Property taxes are the main source of funding for the city’s many services and programs such as police and fire protection, codes enforcement, and parks. Taxes are due on October 1 and will be considered delinquent and subject to penalty and interest charges of one and half (1.5) percent each per month from March 1 of the following year.
Taxes are due October 1 of each year and are delinquent the following March 1.

- Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment if a receipt is needed. Receipts are only sent if requested.
- Property taxes can be paid by mail to 900 Waterford Place, Kingston TN 37763 or in person at City Hall. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
